A Clemco-Munkebo blast room dust collector is offering more than just the ventilation of a blast room, it is also your contribution to a clean environment. The blower is vacuuming the dusty air, which occurs during the blast process, and cleans it via filter cartridges before it is released to the outside. Furthermore, a tuned dust collector system ensures a clear sight and optimal working conditions for the operator, so that the he can focus on the surface that need to be blasted, which increases his productivity.
By using an antistatic polyester cartridge with dust class M, the dust emission is less than 2mg/m³ after the cleaning process. Depending on the blast room size, Clemco has the suitable dust filter size with a performance up to 50.000m³ per hour and a maximum filter area of 858m². This also ensures the dust removal in very large blast rooms for example in shipyards.Options like a heat recovery system, which uses the produced heat of the blower even multiplies the efficiency and economy of our dust collector system.
