Bucket Elevator

The bucket elevator is suitable for vertical transport of abrasive blast media in large quantities for heights up to 12 meter. The elevator is typically used for fixed installations like blast rooms. In combination with a media-recycling unit and media silo, it guarantees a constant supply of abrasive blast media to the blast pot. The bucket elevator can be also combined with a fully automatic scraper floor system, which guides the used blast media directly into the hopper of the bucket elevator from where the further media recycling process starts. However, the bucket elevator can also be feed by manually sweeping the used media directly into the elevator hopper.

Our bucket elevator is equipped with a speed monitor, which avoids a spinning of the bucket strap. For every media silo size we are offering a harmonized bucket elevator with media recycling unit, so that the complete system has a maximum performance and is perfectly prepared to handle heavy and many abrasive media.
