3.1    Server Log Files

3.4    Google Analytics



The Clemco International GmbH website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). 4.    Transfer of Data to Third Parties



Insofar as this is necessary pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) DS-GVO for the execution of a contractual relationship or a legitimate interest of Clemco International GmbH exists pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) DS-GVO, the personal data shall be disclosed to third parties, for example such as local Clemco distributors. In addition, it is also passed on to carefully selected contract processors who perform administrative tasks for Clemco International GmbH.
