The Pulsar VI PLUS HEAVY MEDIA has been specifically developed for the use of steel grit and stainless steel abrasive media. It is the ideal solution for applications requiring high cleaning performance, reliable abrasive recovery and economical operation.
Unlike conventional blast cabinets, the HEAVY MEDIA version is engineered to meet the demands of heavy metallic abrasives. An upgraded dust collector equipped with two high-performance filter cartridges maintains consistently high negative pressure, ensuring efficient abrasive recovery and effective media cleaning. This allows steel and stainless steel abrasives with particle sizes of up to 0.8 mm to be reliably recycled within the blasting process.
Its robust cabinet design and carefully engineered system components provide outstanding process reliability, consistent surface quality and extended abrasive life. The result is reduced downtime, lower operating costs and a more efficient blasting process.
The Pulsar VI PLUS HEAVY MEDIA is ideally suited for applications such as mill scale and rust removal, weld cleaning, deburring and surface preparation prior to painting or coating. Typical industries include steel fabrication, stainless steel processing, foundries, CNC machining, heat treatment and general industrial maintenance.
